General by Design
Every session covers broadly applicable frameworks — not individual circumstances. You receive tools to use in your own context.
Facilitated, Not Lectured
Sessions are interactive. Participants work through materials together with facilitator guidance rather than sitting through a one-way presentation.

When a question falls outside educational scope — legal, financial, or medical — facilitators name that clearly and point toward appropriate resources.

Shared Across All Programmes
Standards That Apply to Every Session
Participant Privacy
Nothing shared during a session is discussed outside it. Group sessions use first names only. Private sessions involve no outside participants.
Educational Scope Only
Facilitators are trained to recognise and name the boundary between education and advice. Questions outside scope are acknowledged and redirected clearly.
Regularly Reviewed Materials
Session content and templates are reviewed twice yearly to remain relevant to current general understanding and practical household needs.
Non-Directive Facilitation
Facilitators do not steer participants toward any particular decision, product, or service provider. The session is yours to use as you see fit.
Plain Language Throughout
No legal or financial jargon in sessions or materials. Everything is written and spoken to be accessible to participants with varying backgrounds.
Post-Session Support
All participants may email general follow-up questions after a session. Responses are given within two working days and remain within educational scope.
