Three Families, Three Starting Points

The Challenge
A retired couple in their late sixties had accumulated decades of paper and digital documents across several categories but had no shared system. Their adult daughter, based in Bangkok, was worried about what would happen if they could not locate important papers in an emergency.
The Session
All three family members attended a Foundations Workshop together, then booked a private Family Dialogue Session for the following month. The dialogue session focused on shared understanding of where key documents are kept — without getting into any legal specifics.
What Changed
Within three weeks the couple had completed the foundations inventory for their household. The daughter described knowing where key papers are kept as "a real weight off". The family is now enrolled in the Cornerstone Membership together.

The Challenge

The Session
